Berglunds Transport is now seeking an experienced Transport Manager who wants to help develop our operations together with dedicated drivers and customers.

About the role

As a Transport Manager, you are responsible for the daily planning and coordination of our transports.

You are the link between customers, drivers, and the business, ensuring that assignments are carried out in an efficient, safe, and professional manner.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience from the transport and logistics industry.
• Is service-minded and has a strong customer focus.
• Is a skilled communicator who thrives in collaboration with both customers and colleagues.
• Is solution-oriented and maintains calm even when the pace is fast.
• Has good planning skills and a structured work approach.
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience with wheel loaders is a plus.
