We are now looking for a Textile Crafts teacher for Björkskolan in Skellefteå, for grades 7–9. The position is a temporary assignment during the autumn term of 2026, with the possibility of extension. The employment rate is approximately 25 %.

The duties include:

• Planning and conducting teaching.
• Participation in working teams.
• Potential mentoring alongside a mentor colleague.

Björkskolan has several teaching positions listed on Platsbanken that can be combined into a larger role based on your qualifications and the needs of the operations.

A Creative School

Every term, Björkskolan hosts 3–4 "Växa Workshops." This involves an afternoon of creative work where you, as a teacher, can use your skills and interests to help students grow in creativity and share your knowledge, which extends beyond textbooks and the classroom.
