If so, you are likely the person we are looking for. We welcome you to a collaborative environment where innovation, technology, and sustainable societies are our shared focus. You will have engaged colleagues with long experience to help you, whose expertise spans a wide range of technical areas.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have over 10 years of experience as a project leader for infrastructure projects. You enjoy building relationships both internally and externally and likely believe that a good laugh brightens the workday – we certainly do!

You will join Ramboll Transport Sweden

You will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary and complex projects, ensure deliveries in accordance with client needs and Ramboll’s strategic goals, and contribute to our business development. The team you work with consists of experienced project leaders, less experienced project leaders, project engineers, and our digital delivery team. We lead some of Sweden’s most exciting transport projects right now, such as the Yellow Line – Metro in Stockholm, Haga Station – West Link in Gothenburg, and Almedal – Mölndal section of the Gothenburg-Borås route. Our commitment to sustainability also includes a focus on sustainable employees, so we actively work on issues related to leadership, health, safety, and a good balance between work, family life, and leisure.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive multidisciplinary and complex assignments within infrastructure
  • Be a present and engaged leader who coaches and supports the team
  • Build and develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities

  • Are business-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented in dialogue with clients and colleagues
  • Are an ambassador for change and driven by developing the business
  • Have a strong desire to create an inclusive environment where everyone can reach their full potential

What we can offer you

  • Development opportunities where your drives and motivation are guiding
  • Secure leadership in a values-driven company with the employee in focus
  • An inclusive work environment where different experiences and perspectives are valued
  • An international knowledge environment with experiences from 35 countries
  • Long-term goals in a foundation-owned company that invests in its employees as well as in research and humanitarian efforts around the world
  • A flexible work environment with the possibility to work remotely a few days a week
  • Projects that are not only technically challenging, but where you also make a real difference.
