Are you a young person who feels fast, strong, and eager to work? Are you driven and do you complete the projects you take on? Are you self-motivated and proactive? Do you have spare time and would like to earn some money? It is important that you do not have other leisure interests that require your time on weekends, such as football, handball, or gymnastics. It is also important that you can easily get to work, as we sometimes text you to work after school or during additional weekends when it is peak season.
We are currently looking for one young person who wants to work a summer job and then work approx. 2 days every other weekend, as well as after school leading up to Christmas.
The job involves picking and packing orders, ranging from curtains and bedding sets to curtain rods, dog toys, toys, and scented candles. The work is independent; you pick items using a cart and then deliver them to your packing station. The job requires speed and accuracy.
Sovtex has been around since 2008 and is a small, family-like workplace with a lot of humor and camaraderie. The young people who work on weekends are a great group.
