About the Role

As a Plumbing and HVAC Project Engineer at Moelven Byggmodul, you will become a key figure in our engineering department and a vital part of the entire construction process – from concept to finished module. You will be responsible for producing technical drawings, designing solutions, and calculating material quantities based on project requirements, while ensuring that schedules are met and projects are driven forward in a structured and proactive manner.

You report to the Engineering Manager and work closely with colleagues, production, and other disciplines.

The position is based at our office in Sandsjöfors. Travel to production units and construction sites is included in the role, requiring a valid B-driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Engineering of plumbing and HVAC systems and creation of technical documentation
• Material take-offs and planning according to the project schedule
• Preparation of technical descriptions and drawings
• Coordination with production and other disciplines
• Participation in coordination meetings and production kick-offs
• Technical investigations and solution proposals
• Contributing to the improvement of working methods and routines within our MES system and Revit

To succeed in the role of Plumbing and HVAC Project Engineer, we see that you have a post-secondary education in installation technology or equivalent experience. You are computer literate and work with Revit using MagiCad as a plugin. Experience working according to AMA regulations and experience with modular construction are considered merits.
