Our work is characterized by a patient focus, job satisfaction, an active learning environment, and the belief in the equal value of all people.
We are one of the few rehabilitation units integrated with a primary care center. This means you will become part of a larger group of approximately 65 people (23 within rehab) with close collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other professions. In the neuro team, you will be one of 8 dedicated colleagues (occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social worker, and speech therapist). To strengthen the team and develop our competence, we also have regular supervision by a neuropsychologist.

In your work as a speech therapist, you have the opportunity to influence your own working hours and work situation to some extent. We offer flexible working hours, a generous wellness allowance, and free healthcare within primary care.
Responsibilities:
As a speech therapist in the neuro team, you will meet patients with stroke, acquired brain injury, or other neurological conditions who are in need of continued rehabilitation. Interventions are carried out in the home and at the clinic. You participate in team visits, plan and implement rehabilitation plans together with the patient and the team, and perform individual assessments and treatments.
Qualifications:
- Licensed speech therapist with an interest in neurology
- Clinical experience with patients with neurological and/or cognitive disabilities is meritorious
- Category B driver's license and driving experience are required
- Previous experience working in primary care is meritorious
