Here, you will work at two clinics located next to each other. At the Affective Clinic, you will see patients with bipolar disorder and severe, recurrent depression, and at the Assessment and Treatment Unit, patients with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Our patients are offered a wide range of care and treatment interventions based on a person-centered approach.
Job Description
As a Rehabilitation Coordinator, you will support sick-listed patients through the rehabilitation process and facilitate their return to work or entry into the labor market. You will coordinate care and rehabilitation efforts together with the patient, healthcare providers, employers, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan), the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), and the coordination board. The role also involves providing advisory support regarding sick leave and work rehabilitation to doctors and other professional groups at the clinic.
Qualifications
- Licensed healthcare professional or social worker.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
- Basic training for rehabilitation coordinators.
- Several years of work experience in your primary profession.
- Good experience and knowledge of collaborating with employers.
- Experience in planning and conducting planning meetings prior to return to work.
- Well-versed in the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's regulations regarding sickness insurance and experienced in participating in coordination meetings.
- Experience working at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.
- Strong communication skills and a talent for building good relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

We are looking for someone with good personal maturity and the ability to work independently, while being flexible and stable in your role. You are goal- and result-oriented, have well-developed collaboration skills, and are skilled at creating and maintaining good relationships. You express yourself well verbally, are service-oriented, and have the ability to see the big picture in complex situations. Furthermore, you are structured and have strong analytical problem-solving skills.

For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Services (SLSO):
- A register check is applied before the decision to employ, according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, conducted by the occupational health service before employment.
- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
