This may involve improving internal processes, developing workflows, analyzing new business opportunities, supporting acquisition-related projects, or building structures that help the business scale efficiently.

You do not need to know how to code. The most important qualities are curiosity, analytical thinking, a solution-oriented mindset, and a desire to turn ideas into practical solutions.

  • Build and improve internal processes, systems, and workflows
  • Support analysis of new business areas and investments
  • Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders on strategic initiatives
  • Create documentation, structures, and materials for internal projects
  • Test, iterate, and improve solutions based on feedback and results

What we are looking for

  • Strong interest in company building, business development, or operations
  • Structured work approach and strong problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of smaller projects
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, investments, or M&A is a plus
  • No specific technical background required
  • Background in economics, business, tech, operations, or entrepreneurship
  • Experience working in startups or fast-growing environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, or similar
  • Interest in SaaS, investments, or digital business models

What you will get

  • Practical experience in building and developing real businesses
  • Insight into how growth companies work with strategy, operations, and business development
  • Close collaboration with leadership and decision-makers
  • Opportunity to take significant responsibility and drive your own initiatives
  • A flexible and educational internship with real impact

Why this internship matters

This is not an internship where you sit by and observe.

You will be involved in projects and initiatives that have a direct impact on the business and contribute to how Birger moves forward. For those curious about entrepreneurship, company building, and business, this is an opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
