Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Process Engineer / Validation Engineer.

What You Will Work On

• Develop test protocols and validation documentation for production processes
• Plan, coordinate, and execute validation and qualification activities
• Support commissioning and readiness of new production lines
• Perform process and equipment qualification activities
• Execute testing and verification in production and cleanroom environments
• Collaborate closely with operators, production teams, and technical stakeholders
• Develop and improve validation strategies and execution methods
• Support transition from project phases into commercial operation
• Contribute to process optimization and operational stability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous process improvements
• Support documentation and knowledge transfer activities

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
• Experience as a Process Engineer and/or Validation Engineer within life sciences or production environments
• Experience working in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience operating in cleanroom and aseptic production environments
• Hands-on experience with qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Strong ability to develop and write test and validation protocols
• Understanding of process equipment and production systems
• Experience working with control systems, tanks, freeze-drying processes, and oil-based processes
• Experience from industrial production lines and operational environments
• Knowledge of equipment and process qualification
• Understanding of project lifecycle phases including construction, qualification, and commercial operation
• Experience collaborating across technical and operational teams
• Structured and quality-focused approach to execution and documentation
