We at Fisky Business have been rolling along for a long time – from our food truck many years ago, via the summer restaurant on Hanö, to finally finding our year-round home in Dockan. Here we have created a place where we combine sustainable food & drink with warmth, humor, and a large dose of love for the craft.

Almost everything here is made from scratch. Our ingredients are MSC-certified, our wines are sustainably produced, the beer is locally brewed, and the interior is largely made from upcycled materials. We simply like things authentic – both in what we serve and in how we treat our guests.

This summer, we are looking for new colleagues, both as seasonal staff and for longer-term positions.

We believe you are a good fit if you:

• 💙 Have several years of experience within the restaurant or service industry
• 💙 Speak fluent Swedish and preferably English
• 💙 Have a passion for good drinks – beer, wine, or coffee – and are eager to learn more
• 💙 Find sustainability meaningful, not just a trend
• 💙 Are confident in yourself, enjoy making quick decisions, and know that service is more than just a smile – it’s the feeling you leave the guest with
