Licensed Veterinarian for Customer Success Manager at Vetnio
Vetnio ABStockholms län, Stockholm
Previous experience is desired
Vetnio is changing how veterinarians work. Our AI-driven copilot helps veterinarians save hours every day by automating medical records, emails, and notes - so they can focus on what really matters: animal care.
Vetnio is currently used by clinics across the UK, the DACH region, Scandinavia, Spain, Portugal, and the USA, making it Europe's leading AI solution in the veterinary industry in terms of both adoption and growth rate. We are now rolling out Vetnio broadly across several major chains and clinics, and we need to strengthen our team with a Customer Success Manager who will take primary responsibility for ensuring customers get up to speed and derive maximum value from the product.
About the Role We are looking for a licensed veterinarian who wants to own Vetnio's relationship with clinics and chains post-agreement - including onboarding, rollout, training, and ongoing contact - while also having clear influence on product development. This is a customer-facing role where the focus is on ensuring Vetnio is actually used in daily practice and creates real value for the clinics. You will represent the product as a veterinarian, bringing credibility that makes customers feel, "You understand our daily reality."
Travel is a natural part of the role. Much of the work takes place on-site with customers - kickoffs, training sessions, and clinic visits throughout Scandinavia - so you should enjoy being out in the field regularly.
We strongly believe in authenticity. No one understands veterinarians' problems better than veterinarians - and therefore, the person owning the dialogue with clinics must also be a veterinarian. You will work closely with our team (and our CEO) during onboarding, training sessions, customer meetings, and feedback loops that directly shape the product.
Your Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Rollout: Lead new customers from contract signing to active usage - kickoffs, training sessions, on-site clinic visits, and ongoing support during the first few months.
- Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training, webinars, and best practices for different roles in the clinic - veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and clinic managers.
- Customer Contact and Retention: Serve as the primary contact for existing customers, hold regular check-ins, catch questions early, and ensure Vetnio is actually used in daily practice.
- Expansion within Existing Chains: Drive rollout to new clinics within chains that have already chosen Vetnio.
- Product Influence: Gather feedback from users, identify patterns, suggest improvements, and contribute to the roadmap/prioritization.
- Clinical Credibility: Help us speak the language of veterinarians in customer dialogues, materials, case studies, and product decisions.
Who You Are
- You are a licensed veterinarian (required) and have clinical experience.
- You thrive in customer dialogue, can build trust quickly, and enjoy helping people get started with new tools.
- You are clear, structured, and self-driven - and you like working at a high pace with many parallel customers.
- You don't mind traveling and enjoy visiting clinics - part of the job takes place on-site with customers, primarily in Scandinavia.
- You are curious about technology and want to influence what future clinic work looks like.
- Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training, implementation, or change management in a clinic setting.
- Experience from chains/larger clinics or operations with high patient volume.
- Previous role in customer success, account management, training, or consulting.
What We Offer
- Full-time employment at Europe's leading veterinary AI company.
- Great freedom and opportunity to influence both customer experience and product development.
- A team with strong veterinary expertise and high execution capability.
- Flexible remote setup or office space in Stockholm.
Application Send your CV, LinkedIn profile, or a short message about why you are a good fit for the role to [email protected] with the subject line 'VET CSM'.
