Riksbyggen in Gävle is looking for a Property Caretaker

You will be responsible for the interior and exterior maintenance for our customers and will become part of a team that handles daily management. As a Property Caretaker at Riksbyggen, you will be one of the employees working closest to the customer. This means, among other things, that you will be responsible for receiving and quickly handling any requests and fault reports from customers.

Tasks include interior and exterior maintenance, minor property repairs, customer contact, purchasing materials, and maintenance of machinery and hand tools. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs - you want to be part of creating a good living environment. It is important that you enjoy teamwork and have a positive attitude towards work, customers, and colleagues. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work efficiently. We place great importance on personal suitability and would appreciate it if you described in your cover letter how you deliver customer satisfaction.

We prefer that you have a high school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property maintenance/outdoor environments or equivalent relevant work experience. Good knowledge and experience of grounds maintenance such as pruning bushes and trees, plant knowledge, planting, and experience driving loaders.

The mobile phone is an important work tool in all our roles. It is where we communicate and where you keep track of your email, handle work orders, and manage time reporting, etc. We therefore expect you to have knowledge of and experience in handling mobile phones and computers at work.

A category B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement for this position. The position is a permanent employment located in Gävle, but work in other locations within the market area may occur. Snow readiness is included in the role.
