About the job

Employment type: Permanent position, every other Saturday, probationary period applies.

Start date: According to agreement.

Working hours: Primarily weekends, other working hours such as daytime and evenings may occur.

We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Working Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the bakery department.

You put the icing on the cake for the customer experience

You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, which is why you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so that the customer finds their way in the store. You ensure that the customer leaves happy – and preferably with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:

• Ensuring that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
• Working with baking and production of everything from sourdough bread to princess cakes.
• Handling customer orders, restocking goods, and creating a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness.
• Contributing to offering our customers a fresh and inspiring bakery department.
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help out where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who likes speed and action. A friendly "hello" and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a great interest in baking? Super! If you have previous experience from a bakery/pastry shop – even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school education and are proficient in Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it is fantastic if you do too.
• Have previous experience/education in bakery or pastry, which is meritorious.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute with energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and notice when something needs to be done, not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
