About the role

As an employee, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. Hornbach's drive-in is a logistics center where customers pick up most of our heavier building and timber materials. We are now looking for an experienced forklift driver.

Examples of duties

• Handle daily operations, including unloading incoming goods
• Stock control and replenishment
• Advising and selling building and timber products to customers
• Processing and picking customer orders
• Assisting on other departments when needed

Your profile

• Upper secondary education or equivalent, along with retail experience.
• Experience in selling building materials
• Stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• We value good organizational skills and expect you to have a naturally outgoing work approach.
• Passion for providing our customers with the best possible service
• Help customers realize their projects through professional advice on our wide product range
• Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4), experience driving forklifts, and a valid B-driver's license are required.
• Experience operating counterbalance forklifts is mandatory

Working hours/Duration: Fixed-term, seasonal. Part-time 30 hours/week. Scheduled hours on weekdays and every other weekend.

Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
