About the role

As an employee here, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and teamwork. At our goods receiving area, you work together with your colleagues to ensure an efficient flow of goods from the receiving dock until the products are available in the store. For this position, your main tasks will consist of handling complaints and returns.

Examples of duties

• Unloading and loading goods, issuing products in the store
• Conducting quantity and quality checks on product deliveries
• Managing internal supply and logistics
• Responsible for return handling and transport back to suppliers
• Data entry for delivery and return notes
• Waste management
• Document handling

Your profile

• Upper secondary education or equivalent, plus experience in retail
• Previous experience in handling complaints is an advantage
• Passion for offering our customers the best possible service
• Help customers realize their projects through professional advice on our wide product range
• Strong sense of service and customer orientation, as well as knowledge of logistics
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused
• Valid forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience operating a forklift, at least a low-lift truck, is required
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is required

Working hours/Duration: Fixed-term, seasonal. Part-time 30 hours/week. Working hours are weekdays and every other weekend.
Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
