Job Responsibilities

As a machine operator/construction worker, you will work with varied tasks within ground and construction work, both with machinery and manually. The position includes among other things:

• Machine operation (excavator, wheel loader, tractor, etc.)
• Groundworks such as stone setting, excavation, and drainage
• Maintenance of parks, pedestrian and cycle paths, as well as public areas
• Winter road maintenance of the municipality's infrastructure

We work according to an annualized hours system, which gives flexibility throughout the year, and the position also involves on-call duties according to a schedule.

Qualifications

You have a high school education or vocational upper secondary education in construction technology.

To be considered for the position, you must have:

• Category B driver's license
• Category C driver's license
• Forklift license according to TLP 10: B1 and C2

Merits:

• Previous experience in ground and construction work, as well as familiarity with working from drawings and with modern machinery.
• Experience working with the Office package.

Conditions

Permanent employment with start date as agreed.
