Do you want to combine leadership with technical development while helping to create efficient and sustainable production flows? This could be the right opportunity for you as we are now looking for a Production Manager for our client. The assignment initially starts as a consultancy solution with the ambition of a long-term employment with the client.

As a Production Manager, you will have a central role where you lead and develop teams in a modern and technically advanced production environment. You are responsible for creating the right conditions for people, processes, and production, and you work closely with various functions in the business to ensure quality, efficiency, and continuous development.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Lead, coach, and develop the production team.
• Ensure stable and efficient production.
• Work on optimizing processes, runs, and setup times.
• Drive improvement work and efficiency.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and results.
• Ensure a safe and secure working environment.
• Collaborate with technical, maintenance, and quality functions.
• Contribute to the development of working methods and production flows.

Requirements

• Experience in leadership within production.
• Good understanding of machining, production technology, and flows.
• Experience working with efficiency, quality, and improvement work.
• Communicative and proficient in both Swedish and English.
• A genuine interest in people, technology, and development.
