Our clinic is located on Östermalm. We are a digital-physical primary healthcare center with approximately 40 employees, responsible for our slightly over 12,500 registered patients. Our ambition is to provide high-quality care with the best possible accessibility and service for all ages. We work with the systems TakeCare and TeleQ.

We are looking for a Nurse/Community Nurse for clinic and home care duties. We offer you a positive workplace in the heart of Stockholm.

Your responsibilities include independent clinic work as well as telephone advice and chat support. As a nurse/community nurse with us, you will have an stimulating and varied job where you, together with colleagues, are responsible for providing high-quality and considerate care to our patients.

We have a large home care service where you will be responsible for an area together with a park colleague. Great emphasis is placed on personal responsibility and independent work. We alternate between working at the clinic and in home care.

You collaborate with other professional categories to create the best conditions for the patients. Our way of working is characterized by respectful treatment, attentiveness, and good cooperation.

You are trained as a community nurse or nurse, and we would appreciate if you have experience working at a primary healthcare center. You are accustomed to working independently, are confident in your professional role, and are interested in providing care of high medical quality. We look for someone who is responsible and has good organizational skills.

We are looking for someone who wants to work full-time.
