As a property technician, you play an important role in meeting customers' needs and expectations. You are the face of the company and responsible for a variety of tasks, from performing daily maintenance to the long-term well-being of the property. Your contribution is crucial to ensure that the properties are in good condition and that customers are satisfied with the service provided.

You will work with ongoing repairs and maintenance. You will be responsible for both the internal and external environment of the properties and work with preventive maintenance, supervision, and care, which also includes the properties' outdoor areas/green spaces. Your responsibilities include having daily contact with customers and suppliers, receiving fault reports, as well as quality assurance and conducting rounds.

You will work together with a cheerful team that shares learnings, so that we develop together.

• Experience working as a property technician, preferably with responsibility for housing cooperatives.

• Good knowledge of ongoing property maintenance, supervision, simpler repairs, and preventive maintenance.

• Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and structure your workdays.

• A service-oriented and professional attitude, even in situations where many different needs must be handled.

• Good ability to build relationships and create trust with customers and residents.

• A solution-oriented approach and the ability to see what needs to be done before problems arise.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Category B driver's license.

• Several years of experience working as a property technician with housing cooperatives.

• Education or experience in technical operations, property technology, plumbing, electricity, ventilation, or similar areas.

• Malmö

• Full-time.

• Category B driver's license required.
