We are looking for a Business Developer focused on project sales who wants to take responsibility for growth in the Swedish market and help build up ePOLE and contribute to a more sustainable future. We welcome your application to Isaksson Recruitment!
Your Role
As a Business Developer, you are responsible for the sales of ePOLE's energy and heating services within the construction, property, and energy sectors. You work closely with decision-makers and follow the business from early design to commissioned facility and final reporting.
The role requires good independence where you plan your own daily routine. You collaborate closely with our technical organization and partners, acting as the link between the customer and the solution. You work remotely with a base in the Stockholm-Mälaren region; for the right candidate, there is an opportunity for placement elsewhere.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive new and additional sales within energy and larger projects
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Identify business opportunities and translate needs into solutions
- Responsible for quotes, calculations, and closing deals
- Represent the company in customer meetings, events, and training
- Ensure internal and external handovers and follow up on business after delivery
Who We Are Looking For
You are used to taking personal responsibility and thrive in shaping your own daily routine. Energy issues and sustainability interest you, and you understand that good sales is about helping the customer solve a real problem. You have a commercial mindset, are comfortable with longer sales cycles, and know that the best deals are built by nurturing relationships over time. You have all of Sweden as your work area, with a focus on metropolitan regions.
The role means not only that you are a business-developing sales force – you are a partner in the customer's change journey.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in selling products and services within construction, technology, and/or energy solutions
- Experience in project sales and the ability to drive business from prospecting to closing
- Are flexible and thrive with a varied daily routine – you naturally switch between business meetings, technical advice, and analysis
- Communicate clearly and are comfortable handling dialogue with all relevant stakeholders
- Good technical understanding of sustainable energy solutions and digital tools
- Good understanding of construction project phases and the structure of energy systems
- Category B driver's license and accustomed to a mobile job with much time spent at customer sites
Background from the energy, installation, or technical consulting industry is considered an advantage.
