Responsibilities

In this role, you will have a significant responsibility in daily support of both internal and external contacts, delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work in various case management systems, including CRM systems and Excel. The computer and telephone will be your primary work tools, with communication taking place via chat, email, and phone calls.

Qualifications

• At least a high school education and a few years of relevant work experience
• You are computer literate and quick to handle chat, email, and CRM systems
• You are comfortable with MS Office and pick up new systems easily
• You communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

To succeed in this role, you should be service-oriented, a quick learner, and solution-focused. You are a cheerful and energetic person who can handle intense periods and adapt to higher workloads. We appreciate that you are detail-oriented, structured, and have a good ability to follow up with both customers and colleagues. Working efficiently and handling multiple tasks simultaneously at a fast pace comes naturally to you.
