Are you technically skilled, passionate about cars, and keen on delivering world-class service? We are looking for a Personal Service Technician for our facility in Uddevalla!

About the role
As a Personal Service Technician at Brandt, you will work with some of the most renowned car brands in the world – Volvo, Polestar, Lynk & Co, Renault, and Dacia. You play a key role in the customer experience, from the first point of contact to the completion of service and payment.

You are responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and customer contact – you are the customer's personal point of contact throughout the entire process. In our workshop, we work according to VPS (Vehicle Personal Service), which means that two personal service technicians collaborate on every lift, sharing joint responsibility for the cars and customers.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, engaged, and always strives to deliver world-class service. You work in a structured manner, follow routines, and adapt easily when plans change. You have a positive outlook, strong collaboration skills, and always put the customer first.

We would appreciate it if you have experience with modern car technology and a strong interest in vehicles. If you also have a strong desire to develop within future technologies – especially electric vehicles – you will thrive with us!

Qualifications

• High school diploma – preferably in automotive technology
• At least a Category B driver's license
• Good computer skills
• Experience in similar roles is an advantage

Conditions
