Do you want to become part of our team? Ekerö Home Care is now looking for an engaged assistant nurse for our wonderful group! You will work in one of our work groups with a day shift schedule. In this role, you will actively participate in operations, take responsibility for your work performance, and make your own decisions based on operational needs. The work requires flexibility as changes and reprioritizations are a natural part of everyday life.

You work close to people's daily lives and play a crucial role in creating security, independence, and quality of life. Whether it is supporting in small daily tasks, contributing to a smile, or being there in different stages of life, you make a difference – for real. With us, you get independent work with great responsibility. You perform qualified nursing and service interventions in customers' homes, always with their needs and wishes in focus. Thanks to your work, our customers can continue to live their lives at home, with preserved routines, habits, and security.

The tasks are varied and include among other things:

• Personal care and service interventions
• Social support and activation
• Documentation according to current laws and guidelines
• Collaboration with colleagues, nurses, and other professions

In addition to this, many more moments are included in the daily work, where you adapt interventions based on each customer's unique needs and situation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this assignment, you are:

• Trained as an assistant nurse
• Have a warm approach and strong commitment
• Enjoy working independently while being a team player
• Are responsible, solution-focused, and flexible

A driver's license is meritorious but not a requirement.

To work for Ekerö Municipality within Ekerö Home Care, you must present an extract from the police record of convictions together with valid photo ID before employment. You request the extract on the police's website. The extract must not be older than six months from the date of issue.
