Who are you?

As an Assistant Store Manager at Flying Tiger Copenhagen, you are passionate about creating a fun and positive workplace that inspires your colleagues to perform at their full potential! You are so passionate about what you do that it rubs off on both your colleagues and our customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike and strive to achieve results, always with a twinkle in your eye! You will work side by side with the Store Manager and be able to cover for them when they are not present.

We expect you to:

• Have the ability to lead and motivate others
• Have an extra eye for planning and structuring
• Be results-oriented, business-driven, and service-oriented
• Be clear, collaborative, and proactive

At our store, you will:

• Unpack deliveries and display merchandise
• Ensure the store is inviting
• Handle cash register duties
• Relieve the Store Manager in daily operations
• Work together with the Store Manager to continuously drive sales and key figures forward
