Landqvist Mekaniska is now looking for a Customer Account Manager who wants to take a central role in the operations and work closely with customers, production, and management. Here you have the opportunity to become an important part of a company with short decision-making paths, strong confidence in the future, and extensive experience in mechanical processing.

About the Position

As a Customer Account Manager, you will become a key person in daily operations and an important support to the CEO. The role is broad and varied with many contact points, where you work both administratively and close to the business. The role involves significant personal responsibility, and the tasks will develop gradually over time.

You will primarily work with:

• Customer contact and follow-up
• Quoting and offer preparation
• Post-calculation and follow-up
• Preparations and production administration
• Handling customer systems, including those for Volvo
• Follow-up of customer tools and administrative processes

We are looking for someone who

• Has technical understanding and an interest in industry/manufacturing
• Is structured and likes order and clarity
• Thrives in customer contact and communication
• Has good system proficiency and works comfortably with the Office suite
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with business systems such as Monitor or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
