About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and responsible cleaner to maintain our properties. The position is part-time (50%) and involves independent work to keep common areas clean and pleasant.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for the ongoing cleaning of the properties. The main tasks include:
- Stairwells and Elevators: Regular cleaning of stairwells, entrances, and elevator cars.
- Corridors: Vacuuming and mopping of common hallways and basement areas.
- Laundry Rooms: Cleaning of machines, filters, floors, and workbenches.
- Window Cleaning: Cleaning of glass surfaces in entrances.
Who Are You?
- Documented experience in cleaning, preferably within multi-family housing.
- Self-motivated, structured, and punctual with an eye for detail.
- Service-oriented and pleasant in interactions with residents.
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, for instructions and communication.
