Job Description

As a nurse at Humana Trumslagarbacken, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating care measures. You are also an important part of the development of competence within the operation and among your colleagues, as you train and mentor care staff when needed. The nurse at Trumslagarbacken is part of the local management group.

Examples of Tasks

• Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions
• Handle and follow up on documentation and deviations
• Participate in the move-in process of new residents and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks

Who are you?

For this position, you must be a registered nurse, preferably with experience from elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, independent, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to be good at building relationships, have strong collaboration skills, and feel confident in your role as a nurse.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a registered nurse
• Has knowledge of documenting in medical record systems (Cosmic)
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care or home care services
• Experience delegating care staff
• Experience with Sign-IT
• Experience working with people with dementia
• Experience with privately operated operations
• Experience with documentation work

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. We request extracts from the criminal record register.

About the Employment

Working hours and degree of employment: Full-time. Holiday-free daytime hours, 07:00-16:00.

Salary: Salary is determined by agreement, and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date: Immediately
