Täby Dry Cleaning & Tailoring seeks service-oriented employee with an eye for clothing
Job Summary:
We are looking for you who want to work in an environment where customer service meets craftsmanship. As a shop assistant, you will be our face to the public and help customers with their requests regarding dry cleaning, repairs, and alterations of clothes.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Is unpretentious, energetic, quick to learn, and has a positive attitude
- Can handle stress and meet customers in a professional manner
- Understands how to measure clothes for alterations and can give advice on repairs or adjustments
- Can communicate in correct and clear "tailor's language" with customers
Responsibilities:
- Receive customers and listen to their needs regarding dry cleaning, alterations, and repairs
- Give advice and recommendations on the best solutions for the customer's garments
- Measure, note, and convey alteration requests correctly
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere with good service and professional handling
