About Us:

The health center is located in Rotebro center in northern Sollentuna, adjacent to the Rotebro commuter train station, approximately 20 minutes from Odenplan, with good transport connections.

At Rotebro Health Center, we are now looking for a licensed physician for our clinic. We are a well-functioning, positive, and developing work group that enjoys our workplace and works with a strong patient focus. We are responsible for approximately 10,000 registered patients. We are a medium-sized health center with good staffing, job satisfaction, engagement, and short decision-making paths. Our ambition is to offer residents good care at a high medical level with a focus on patient safety and quality. We have high employee and patient satisfaction.

Our work group consists of a mix of different professions: district doctors, specialty trainee doctors (ST), AT/BT doctors, district nurses, reception nurses, auxiliary nurses, chiropractors, psychologists, psychotherapists, and medical secretaries, all of whom complement our team. Responsibilities:

The role involves all typical tasks for a licensed physician at a health center. Your duties will consist of clinical work at the health center under supervision. You will see patients seeking primary care for various investigations as well as acute complaints. You will become part of our well-functioning doctor team, which consists of general specialists, specialty trainee doctors, and licensed physicians. The work is varied and independent, where you will meet patients of all ages.

Primary care is undergoing significant change, and you are welcome to be part of the work on how operations can be improved medically, as well as in other areas such as working environment and organization.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician and have the authorization to work within Swedish healthcare. Experience in primary care and familiarity with the electronic health record system Take Care are requested.

Employment Type:

Fixed-term employment for 6 months with the possibility of extension. Full-time (100%). Start date according to agreement.

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be reserved for internal relocation, according to current regulations.

For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO):

• A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
• Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required, in addition to a Swedish professional license. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
