Your Role

As a dental nurse with us, you work with patients of all ages with varying care needs. You are part of a team together with dentists and actively contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality care.

Your duties include assisting during treatments, working in the sterilization department, and reception work with a strong focus on service and customer service. You play a key role in creating a positive patient experience and contributing to the clinic's daily flow. We value the exchange of experience and would appreciate it if you shared your knowledge to contribute to development, engagement, and inspiration within the work group.

Our modern clinic is centrally located near the Ropsten subway station on the red line and has 13 well-equipped treatment rooms. It is convenient to get here by public transport, bicycle, or car – with no bridge toll for those commuting from outside. Around 30 employees work here, and we offer general dentistry in all areas. For those who wish to develop, there are good opportunities to broaden your skills and grow in your professional role.

What You Need to Succeed

We are looking for you with a completed dental nurse education. Additionally, you are someone motivated to further develop your skills and competence. For you, high-quality dental care is a given, as is professional treatment of both customers and colleagues. You maintain a high service level and have very good communicative skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Furthermore, as a person, you are positive even in challenging situations while establishing trust and influence with our patients. You develop effective and feasible solutions to problems and learn from experiences and feedback from your surroundings. In addition, we place great importance on your personal qualities.

The position is a permanent full-time or part-time employment. Probationary period may apply, and start date is by agreement. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We take references from your clinic manager if you have been/are employed with us.

For the interview, you need to be able to prove your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to show a valid work permit, or documentation showing that you are exempt from the requirement. To be considered for employment, an approved pre-employment health examination is also required.
