As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find your way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is essential to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from rural areas to big cities. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be an important part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together, we are working to become fossil-free by 2030.

Are you a student or have another occupation and want to work extra? This is a job for you if you are flexible with work shifts that usually happen with short notice. You will work between 0 and 39.9% of a full-time position and will be offered evening shifts with varying working hours between 16:00–22:00. You will be based at Cementvägen 8 in Luleå. The position is intended to start immediately, but the emphasis is primarily on being able to work extra during the autumn and onwards.

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private, or business customers.

Who you are

• Curious and self-reliant: A large part of the job is done alone, but team spirit is important.
• Patient & confident: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep the balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are keywords. So is orderliness and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Have good physical fitness: Yes, you are sitting while driving, but you need to be able to lift when picking up and dropping off. For this, you need good strength and flexibility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned events require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships require the right attitude and sensitivity.
• You are unique: We place great value on your personal qualities.

What you bring with you

• High school diploma, or currently in your final year of high school.
• Category B driver's license and experience driving cars.
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to find solutions.
