As a Flow Lead, you will work as part of a team of four people based in Eskilstuna. We are currently looking for three Flow Leads to join our team in Eskilstuna. Your closest colleagues will be other Flow Leads, but you will also collaborate closely with other members of the operational management team.

About the role

As a Flow Lead, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient flow in the warehouse. You work closely with the operational management and are responsible for coordinating the order flow, from when an order is received until it is ready for delivery.

In this role, you act as a support function to operations management, translating system requirements and available resources into a clear production plan to ensure an efficient outbound flow. You play a central role in creating the conditions for stable and optimized operations.

Qualifications and experience

• Education in logistics or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in similar roles within warehousing/logistics is an advantage
• Good knowledge of warehouse flows and processes
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with system support such as NSSP is an advantage

Personal qualities and experience will be given great weight.
