The support team within the Social Services Administration is centrally located within the administration and is responsible for supporting the administration's development work and administrative processes. This includes, among other things, strategic planning, operational development, quality work, IT coordination, case preparation for committees, economic processes, and operational systems. Job Description

As MAR (Medically Responsible), you have overall responsibility for quality, patient safety, and development within the rehabilitation area in a completely new role for Ekerö Municipality. The assignment is strategic and systematic and does not include patient-facing work. In this role, you will work closely with operational and unit managers, licensed staff within municipal health and medical care, as well as with MAS (Medical Managers) and other quality functions.
You will, among other things:
- develop working methods and approaches towards patient-safe, modern, and evidence-based care
- ensure, follow up on, and develop the quality of rehabilitation activities
- monitor risks, deviations, and conduct Lex Maria investigations, initiate self-inspections, and contribute to a learning organization
- identify needs and develop guidelines and routines within rehabilitation and medical technology products
- provide support and advice to managers and staff
- collaborate with actors and providers within, inter alia, the region's health and medical care, municipal health and medical care, in-house services, and private providers.
The MAR assignment covers approximately 50 percent of the position. The remaining time, you work as a quality developer with follow-up, analysis, and development work within the Social Services Administration, focusing on provider activities.

Qualifications
We are looking for you with the following qualifications:
- licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist
- several years of experience in rehabilitation, preferably within municipal health and medical care
- experience in strategic work with following up and developing operational quality
- good knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, such as the Health and Medical Services Act, the Patient Safety Act, the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations, and quality management systems
- experience working with digital systems and services
- good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in similar roles as MAR or within quality development, as well as experience in following up and developing quality based on systematic quality work.

The team you will join consists, among others, of MAS, quality developers, and operational developers. The team has a learning, open, and supportive work climate.
