• Good knowledge of the medical record system Opus Dental.
• Multilingualism (in addition to good Swedish and English) is a big plus as we have a diverse patient base in Kista.

About the position and role

In this role, you will be the heart of the clinic and our face to the outside world. We are looking for someone ready to take significant personal responsibility and who thrives with varied tasks.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Reception and Administration: You are responsible for the professional reception of our patients, handling phone calls, scheduling, and cash register duties.
• Clinical Work: You assist our dentists during treatments when needed and ensure that the daily workflow in the clinic runs smoothly.
• Opening and Closing Duties: The role involves being responsible for the clinic's opening and closing routines at the beginning or end of the workday.
