About the position

We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible care assistant for our operations. The position is a permanent full-time role located at the Jewish Home in the scenic Hammarbyhöjden area.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend. We are located just 10 minutes from Stockholm Central Station, making it easy to commute to us.

Who are we?

The Jewish Home is run by a non-profit association. We have a total of 76 apartments focusing on both somatic care and dementia care. Here, a dedicated team works with a passion for putting the residents' needs and wishes at the center.

Working with us also offers an opportunity to learn deeply about Jewish culture. We follow Jewish traditions and adhere to kosher dietary guidelines, which provides a unique and educational work environment.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a trained care assistant and have a genuine interest in elderly care. We would appreciate if you have:

• At least 1–2 years of professional experience within healthcare and social services.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• A positive attitude and the ability to take initiative.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Merit if you have knowledge of dementia care and have completed BPSD training.
