Schnell Recruitment AB is now looking, on behalf of our client, for an experienced machine operator to join a construction company in Skåne. About the role

In the role of machine operator, you will drive wheel excavators in various projects within construction and cable laying. The work is carried out close to colleagues in a small team where everyone supports each other and where order and tidiness are a given.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day, which means you always have Fridays off. This gives you a long weekend every week – perfect for hobbies, relaxation, or time with family.

Your responsibilities

• Operating wheel excavators in construction and cable projects.
• Transporting machinery between different work sites.
• Collaborating closely with foremen and other staff to ensure efficient and well-executed projects.
• Contributing to order, safety, and a good working atmosphere.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 10 years of experience as a machine operator in the excavation and construction industry.
• Hold a BE driver's license.
• Has good knowledge of machine maintenance and safety regulations.
• Is responsible, flexible, and has a collaborative spirit.
• Is social and contributes to a pleasant work environment.
• Experience with KJ41 is an advantage, but not a requirement – our client offers internal training.
