The Swedish Fortification Administration is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Bålsta operations district, where we work with supervision and maintenance of our properties in northern Stockholm. If you want to be part of our growth, you are welcome to submit your application!

Your daily work – strengthening Sweden's security
The operations of Region East take place in Stockholm, and this position is located in the Bålsta operations district.
You will independently work with the operation and maintenance of our property portfolio. This involves supervision and maintenance, self-inspections of facilities, control, regulation, and monitoring systems, as well as corrective and planned maintenance of buildings and technical installations. You will also perform maintenance on related infrastructure such as heating, electrical, water/sewage, and ventilation systems, as well as SBA work. The role includes frequent contact with customers and suppliers, and working both individually and in teams. On-call duty is included in the position, as well as travel within the district.
Qualifications
We are looking for you with at least a high school education within plumbing, electrical, ventilation, or construction. Alternatively, you have other education that we consider equivalent. You have experience from operation, supervision, and maintenance of larger facilities and buildings. You have good knowledge of administrative IT support systems and communicate and express yourself well both orally and in writing in Swedish. Swedish citizenship is a requirement, as is a valid driver's license (Category B).
Education or experience in control and regulation technology is meritorious. Experience from work in the defense sector is also considered meritorious.
