We are now looking for a Technical Team Leader who wants to lead the daily work of our service technicians and ensure the smooth operation of our gym facilities in Stockholm.

About the role

As a Technical Team Leader, you lead the daily work of our service technicians while also being an active part of the operations, working hands-on with service, maintenance, and installations at our facilities.

You are responsible for planning, prioritizing, and following up on work within service, operations, and building-related measures. The role involves many contact points where you coordinate work between service technicians, gyms, suppliers, and internal functions to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Together with the team, you work to ensure our facilities maintain high quality, are safe, and function optimally for both members and employees. You also contribute to developing working methods, routines, and processes to create an efficient and sustainable operation.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and distribute work orders within service and operations

• Lead, support, and follow up on service technicians in their daily work

• Be an active part of the service team and work hands-on with maintenance, repairs, and installations as a natural part of your daily routine.

• Ensure that the right materials, equipment, and resources are available

• Follow up on quality, deliveries, and schedules

• Responsible for orders related to operations, maintenance, and installations

• Coordinate and communicate with gyms, internal requesters, and external suppliers

• Contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and efficiencies

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

✔ Have experience in team leadership, coordination, or technical service
✔ Have a good understanding of maintenance, repairs, and operations, preferably within gyms, real estate, or similar operations
✔ Thrive in an operational role with a fast pace and varied tasks
✔ Are structured and have good skills in planning and prioritizing
✔ Are communicative and build good relationships with both colleagues and suppliers
✔ Have good administrative skills and work comfortably with digital systems
✔ Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
✔ Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Experience from the gym industry, property management, or similar operations is meritorious.
