About the role

On behalf of our client, Perido is looking for a Project Coordinator. The company is a world-leading provider of transport solutions and, together with partners and customers, drives the transition to a sustainable transport system. The role is based at our client's large headquarters in Södertälje, with some possibility of remote work. Initially, the assignment is part-time (50%) for a few months before transitioning to full-time (100%).

Main responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the local implementation of the new employee survey platform
  • Translate global project requirements into local activities and operational solutions
  • Coordinate the implementation together with P&C, IT, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure the project follows global timelines, governance, and dependencies
  • Identify risks and proactively drive solutions and measures
  • Act as the central contact point between local and global project stakeholders
  • Coordinate preparations for the annual employee survey cycle in 2026
  • Ensure organizational structure, user permissions, and reporting setup
  • Contribute to change management work and activities related to adoption and organizational readiness
  • Develop and support communication materials and stakeholder engagement plans

Your profile

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience leading cross-functional implementation projects in international matrix organizations
  • Experience combining strategic coordination with operational execution
  • Experience with change management and communication work related to change initiatives
  • Understanding of People Analytics, employee engagement surveys, or HR data and reporting
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and coordination between different functions
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience implementing employee survey platforms or HR systems
  • Experience with Qualtrics
  • Knowledge of German

Scope and start date

Part-time initially, then full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-12-31. Start date: 2026-06-01.
