About the role of Customer Success Manager
In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will become a crucial piece in Avy's Delivery team with the purpose of building long-term customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You are assigned a customer portfolio where you, together with the responsible Account Manager, help customers get the maximum benefit from Avy's solutions. Your tasks include proactively following up on customers' needs, participating in customer meetings, handling tickets in Zendesk as needed, and participating in implementation projects for new customers and systems.
Furthermore, you collaborate closely with your colleagues in Avy's Delivery team to provide the customer with the best possible experience, focusing on accessibility and customer satisfaction. The team consists of other Customer Success Managers and Support Agents. You also collaborate with other parts of the organization, including project managers, product developers, the IT team, and the sales department.
Your main responsibilities:
- Be a crucial piece in Avy's Delivery team with the purpose of building long-term customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Be the primary contact person for your customer portfolio in ongoing delivery – in close collaboration with your colleagues.
- Follow up and act proactively on customers' needs through meetings, follow-ups, and system support.
- Participate in projects when introducing new customers/systems.
About you
To succeed in the role, we see that you have several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role. If you also have post-secondary education in IT/tech, business development, or a similar field, this is considered an advantage. You have extensive experience in independently driving long-term customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction, customer experience, and development. Furthermore, you have very good system proficiency, where experience within SaaS companies, CRM systems, and automation or similar areas is considered advantageous. You are fluent in Swedish and English, where knowledge of Finnish is considered an advantage.

At the same time, you have a natural drive where you are structured and solution-oriented in your work approach, with a genuine business interest and the ability to create valuable collaborations.
Important for the role is:
- Several years of work experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Extensive experience in independently driving long-term customer relationships, with responsibility for customer satisfaction, customer experience, and development of the customer relationship.
- Very good system proficiency, where experience within SaaS companies, CRM systems, and automation or similar areas is seen as advantageous.
- Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
Advantageous for the role is:
- Relevant post-secondary education, likely within IT/tech, business development, or a field that can be assessed as equivalent.
- Good language skills in Finnish.
