Fazer Gateau Caroli is looking for an engaged and confident Shift Leader who loves freshly baked goods and is passionate about both service and leadership. At our bakery, the guest experience is always at the center – and as a Shift Leader, you are a key person in ensuring that both the team and the day run smoothly.

What will you do?

• Lead and distribute tasks during your shift and ensure a high level of service in the store.
• Serve as a role model in interactions with our guests at the checkout, behind the counter, and in the shop.
• Support, coach, and motivate the team during both calm and intense periods.
• Ensure that routines, quality standards, and guidelines are followed.
• Teach and inspire others about our French artisan bread and product range.
• Work varied hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

What are we looking for in you?

• You have a clear service mindset and responsible leadership skills.
• You thrive in working closely with both guests and colleagues.
• You are structured, solution-oriented, and confident in making decisions.
• You have experience from service roles such as café, restaurant, or retail.
• Previous experience in team leadership or similar responsibilities is an advantage.
• You are at least 18 years old.

We offer a permanent position of 25 hours per week, with secure terms according to the Collective Agreement between HRF and Livsmedelsföretagen. The hourly wage is 98.22–161.59 SEK, set based on age and experience. As a Shift Leader, an additional allowance of 5 SEK/hour is added. Other allowances apply according to the collective agreement.
