Noga Omsorg is now looking for dedicated and caring staff to join our home care team in Täby. We offer daytime shifts with weekend duty every sixth week. This position is a fixed-term contract (vicariate). Are you interested in making a difference in other people's lives by providing high-quality care and support? Then this job is for you!

As part of our team, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks during daytime hours. Your main responsibilities include:

• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Cooking and meal support
• Accompaniment to medical appointments and other activities
• Light cleaning and laundry
• Psycho-social support and companionship

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Experience within healthcare and social care, preferably in home care
• Nursing assistant education (undersköterska)
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is required
• Empathy and a genuine interest in helping others

We offer a fixed-term contract of 6 months with fixed working hours Monday–Friday. Weekend duty is scheduled every sixth weekend.
