Job Responsibilities

As a nurse assistant (undersköterska) or care aide (vårdbiträde) in home care, you will work closely with our customers in their homes. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Personal care
• Assistance with hygiene, dressing, and undressing
• Meal support and simple cooking
• Shopping
• Cleaning and laundry
• Medication reminders and documentation
• Social support and conversation

The work is performed in the customer's home and requires both independence and teamwork skills.

We are looking for you who

• Are a nurse assistant or care aide
• Have experience in home care, elderly care, or healthcare (highly meritorious)
• Are responsible, detail-oriented, and have a warm demeanor
• Have good ability to work independently
• Have a genuine interest in working with the elderly and people in need of support

Language Requirements

You must be able to speak and understand Swedish and Arabic.

The following languages are highly meritorious:

• Arabic
• Persian (Farsi)
• Russian
• Kurdish
• Spanish
• Latin American languages

Employment Conditions

• Employment type: Full-time, part-time, or hourly
• Working hours: Rolling schedule
• Salary according to collective agreement
• Start date: As agreed

Workplace

Stockholm – work takes place in customers' homes within our home care areas.
