Our operations in Nynäshamn consist of 14 employees, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a dietitian, and a rehabilitation assistant. We provide primary care rehabilitation under contract with Region Stockholm. We are located at Nynäshamn Hospital and have a branch in Ösmo. We collaborate closely with both Capio Health Center Nynäshamn and Capio Health Center Ösmo.

This is a split position that will serve as an additional assignment to your regular employment:

• 50% Unit Manager
• 50% Clinical work as a physiotherapist

As Unit Manager, you are responsible (in collaboration with the Operations Manager) for:

• Personnel, including employee and salary interviews
• Economics
• Work environment
• The daily operations of the clinic

The clinical part of the job involves working as a physiotherapist within primary care rehabilitation, either at the clinic or in home rehabilitation.

You are a licensed physiotherapist specializing in primary care rehabilitation.

Previous experience in leadership and work within primary care rehabilitation is desirable.
