The average monthly salary for our car salespeople ranges from approximately 40,000 to 110,000 SEK. The compensation consists of a base salary + commission, and your earnings are directly influenced by the number of deals closed as well as the sale of our add-ons (e.g., warranty, extra wheels, paint protection). The range varies based on experience, pace, and results – but for the right person, there is significant upside potential.

We are looking for someone who loves meeting new challenges, thrives on change, and has a passion for sales. Are you driven, engaged, and passionate about cars? Then this is a unique chance for you to grow and develop in a rapidly expanding industry.

You will work with warm and incoming customers in a digital sales process, winning them over through quick feedback, clear business proposals, and a professional customer experience all the way to home delivery.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we would like you to:

  • Have previous sales experience.
  • Be driven, disciplined, and have a strong focus on results.
  • Have a genuine interest in cars and a passion for sales.
  • Be a team player who enjoys working towards common goals.
  • Have the ability to provide quick and effective feedback to customers.
  • Be accustomed to working at a high pace and handling stress with ease.

Previous experience in car sales, telemarketing, or similar is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you have the desire to develop and create results. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as a valid driver's license, are required.
