Responsibilities

As an NTS Order Coordinator (New Truck Sales Order Coordinator), you will be responsible for handling the sales order in the order process from start to finish. You will act as the link between sales, production, the factory, and transport.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales team, the design department, production, and purchasing to process orders from quotation to customer and production orders. The New Truck Sales Order Coordinator belongs to the Business Operations department.

Common tasks include:

• Receive and register customer orders
• Check discount rates
• Verify truck configuration according to customer order
• Configure trucks according to customer order
• Create production orders
• Place truck orders with the factory
• Follow up on customer-specific adaptations with the factory
• Follow up on delivery information from the factory

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have some form of technical educational background at least at the upper secondary level, preferably within vehicle technology. It is an advantage if you have experience in technical support and order handling from a similar industry, or within technology and industry.

You enjoy administrative work, have good system proficiency, and experience working in SAP is a plus.

Requirements for the position are proficiency in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

The assignment is a temporary position starting immediately until December 31, 2026. You will be employed as a consultant by OnePartnerGroup and hired out to Linde Material Handling.
