About the Role

As the Sales Manager for Fruit & Vegetables, you are responsible for developing and driving the department forward. The role is both strategic and operational – you work closely with the Sales Director and colleagues to achieve goals within sales, margin, and shrinkage. You ensure that the department is always inspiring, well-stocked, and maintains the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operations and profitability within Fruit & Vegetables
• Monitor budget, margins, and shrinkage
• Plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns and activities
• Handle orders, replenishment, inventory, and date checks
• Ensure order, structure, and attractive product presentation
• Lead, onboard, and coach employees in the department
• Participate in daily meetings and contribute to the store's overall success

About You

We are looking for you who are an inspiring leader with a strong interest in food and fresh produce. You are business-minded, result-oriented, and have experience from a similar role or as a deputy manager in a larger store. You thrive in a social role with many contact points and are used to working structured with key figures and sales results.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role in retail or as a deputy manager
• Good understanding of retail economics
• Knowledge and interest in the fruit and vegetable assortment
• Good computer skills

Qualifications: Experience in team leadership or sales management

About the Employment

The position is a full-time role (38.25 hours/week) with varying working hours on weekdays and weekends according to schedule. Start date is immediate or as agreed. Salary according to agreement. 👉 Submit your application today – selections are made on an ongoing basis!
