As a Junior Data & AI Developer at Fellowmind, you will build a solid foundation in data platforms, analytics, and AI, while growing into a consultant role and learning how technology actually creates business value.

You will become part of our Data Analytics & AI business area and work in customer projects alongside senior developers, architects, and consultants. Learning is a natural part of everyday life here – through guidance, collaboration, and responsibility at a manageable pace.

This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to understand the big picture: how data is collected, refined, and used for analytics, decision support, and AI – and how this connects to the customer's real needs.

• Work with data management, analytics, and simpler AI/ML solutions

• Participate in the development of modern data platforms in Azure and Microsoft Fabric

• Learn how data is used to create business value for customers

• Collaborate and develop together with senior colleagues in highly engaged teams

• Gradually take on more responsibility in both technology and customer dialogue, as you develop

You are not expected to know everything from the start – but you are expected to be curious, engaged, and eager to learn.

You have recently completed – or are about to complete – a relevant IT education and want to take the step into a role where you can combine technology, problem-solving, and collaboration.

We believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in IT, for example:

• Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science / Data Science

• Systems Science or Systems Development

• Vocational Higher Education (YH) with a focus on Data, BI, or Analytics

• Basic understanding of data, analytics, and programming

• An interest in Azure and Microsoft Fabric (advantageous if you have already worked with it)

• A strong drive, curiosity, and ambition

As a person, you are unpretentious, enjoy collaborating, and like solving problems – both independently and together with others.

Start: End of August / Beginning of September

Scope: Full-time, office hours – with high flexibility

Location: Our office in Malmö
