We are looking for a Service Advisor for our client in Åkersberga!

About the role: As a Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work for an established company that offers excellent development opportunities in customer service and can kickstart your career in the automotive industry. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and has a strong service orientation, as customer interaction plays a crucial role in the success of the business. You will become part of an inspiring and pleasant team. The tasks are varied, but a recurring part of your work will be handling both new and existing customers.

As a customer receptionist, you will receive phone calls daily to take bookings, provide advice, and prepare quotations. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer their questions and act as a link between the customer and the workshop. The work also includes using various digital systems, so it is important that you have good computer skills. This is a full-time position with working hours during office hours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in the automotive industry.
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with various systems.
• Category B driver's license, manual transmission.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ease in communicating with both customers and colleagues.
