In the role of Administrator & Sales, you will have a key role in the business, combining administration, customer service, and advisory sales in a dynamic and varied daily routine. You will work closely with customers, retailers, and colleagues, responsible for creating smooth processes and delivering top-class service throughout the entire customer journey. You are welcomed into a family-like and tight-knit team – in modern and pleasant premises in Hammarby Sjöstad.
In the role of Administrator, you will:
- Be responsible for order administration, invoicing, and contract management
- Coordinate logistics, mail handling, and deliveries, as well as contact with freight companies
- Provide administrative support to the finance and marketing departments
- Work with sales, customer contact, quoting, and lead management
- Be the face of the company by receiving visitors and ensuring a welcoming and well-functioning office environment
We are looking for you who:
- Are a trained administrator with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Have previous experience with order processing
- Have a professional and business-like approach
- Are a confident person who appreciates administrative tasks
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
